lørdag, for da spilte
saturday,
Peter Brötzmann with Chicago Tentet played for a full house, as far as I could see (it was rather dark, though)
Joe McPhee, trompet og
Jeb Bishop, trombone

strong, lyrical and exiting music, I think. I belong to those who experienced the Garbarek Quartet at the jazz club at Sogn in the sixties (Jan Garbarek played rather free in his young years), and has always listened to John Coltrane, Albert Ayler, Pharoah Sanders and Archie Shepp. I really like the free jazz revival the last years. But Peter Brötzmann has been cooking all the time since the sixties.
